Cancellation Policy:

  • On or before April 15, 100% refund minus $75 cancellation fee
  • No refunds will be made after April 15.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to treasurer@hecaonline.org. Conference registrations are not transferable at any time.

  • Opening Reception, Monday, June 9
  • 35+ Educational Sessions and Keynote Address
  • Two-day Exhibitor Fair & Showcase Sessions
  • Heart of HECA Roundtable Discussion
  • First Time/New Member Attendee Reception (if applicable)
  • College Fair & Reception
  • Trinity University Closing Reception (IEC Attendees only)
  • Breakfast, Lunch, and Refreshments provided on Tuesday, June 10, and Wednesday, June 11


Please Note:

  • The conference fee does not include: housing or HECA College Tours.
  • Registration for each of these is separate from your conference registration.
  • College tours are limited to active HECA members.
