Conference registration includes participation in the following:
- Opening Reception, Monday, June 12
- First-timer Attendees Reception
- 40+ educational sessions
- Two-day Exhibitor Fair & Showcase Sessions
- College Fair & Reception
- Heart of HECA
- American University Campus tour and Closing Reception (Attendees only)
- Breakfast, Lunch, and Refreshments provided on Tuesday, June 13, and Wednesday, June 14
The conference fee does not include: housing or HECA College Tours.
Registration for each of these is separate from your conference registration. PLEASE NOTE: college tours are only open to active HECA members.

HECA Members: To receive the member rate, first you must renew your HECA membership and then register for the conference. Please log into your account prior to registering. You must be logged into your HECA member account in order to receive the discount. Otherwise the registration system will not recognize you as a member and you will be charged the non-member rate.

Cancellation Policy:
- On or before April 15 – 100% refund minus $75 cancellation fee
- April 16 and later – no refund
