Conference College Tours are open only to HECA members
attending the annual conference. Colleges and tour schedules are subject to change.
Pre-Conference Tours ~ Monday, June 10, 2024
- Spelman College and Morehouse College
*Participants must stay at the conference hotel Sunday night. This tour returns to the conference hotel in time for the opening reception Monday evening.
- Georgia State University and Oglethorpe University
*Participants must stay at the conference hotel Sunday night. This tour returns to the conference hotel in time for the opening reception Monday evening.
- Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) Atlanta
*Participants must stay at the conference hotel Sunday night. This tour returns to the conference hotel in time for the opening reception Monday evening.
- Berry College
*Participants must stay at the conference hotel Sunday night. This tour returns to the conference hotel in time for the opening reception Monday evening.

- Georgia Institute of Technology, University of Georgia, Agnes Scott College, and Oxford College of Emory University
*Participants must stay at the conference hotel Wednesday & Thursday nighst. These tours will end at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Friday, June 14 at approximately 5:45 pm. The buses will also go to an airport hotel (TBD) for those flying out on Saturday morning.
NOTE: This tour is open to 100 participants and will utilize two buses. Each bus group will visit all 4 colleges, but in different orders.
